COVID-19: NBA EFFURUN BRANCH SETS UP AD HOC COMMITTEE TO MONITOR COMPLIANCE WITH PREVENTIVE MEASURES WITHIN HUMAN RIGHTS BOUNDARY The NBA Effurun Branch has set up a committee to monitor the enforcement of the Directives on preventive measures to curb the spread of Corona Virus, including the sit at home order, made by the Governor of Delta State, with the primary aim of ensuring that those saddled with the responsibility of enforcement do so without violation of the rights of citizens. The committee is named “COVID-19 PREVENTIVE MEASURES IMPLEMENTATION COMMITTEE” and chaired by Chief Anthony Duku.
