LIFE PART I

The most recurring question we ask ourselves now is ''What is Life?''.
But what we don't realise is that we already have the answer without knowing it. Analysing this question personally,
I think at the end of the day I know what life is. Life is the joy it brings. Life doesn't need your perfection to make you happy. Life gives anyone it's happiness.
The beauty of life is finding happiness in the darkest of days. Why does a man smile? Why does a man cry? Sometimes he smiles when he is sad and cries when he is happy. Life doesn't have a rule we must follow. It is lawless. Life gives anyone happiness. Life is full of moments and emotions. Most importantly it is full of choices. The most imperfect person can choose to be happy and life gives it to him.
The truth is that Life is not so bad. It doesn't control us, we control it. We make Life what we want from it. It's the power of our choice. Life is just there, it's just a word. We are Life itself. We make it what we want it to be.
So yes, Life is just a word. We are the reality. So get off your comfort zone and go explore your reality.

Thank you. Don't forget to leave a comment.

DEEP BREATH part 1

The sound of the gunshots woke me up from sleep. I heard little children screaming outside. I quickly put on a black t-shirt and a short lemon nicker. I ran outside and saw a death pool of catholic sisters and some children, blood flooded the whole environment. I ran to where the other children were and I saw them crying with blood stained hands and clothes. Tears filled my eyes but I couldn't cry because I knew it wasn't the time for emotions. I closed the door of the room where they were hiding and told them to keep shut. All of a sudden, the whole place became really quiet, then I could hear their voices. I peeped through a small hole in the door and saw them with guns, cutlass and all sorts of arms. They walked through the dead bodies and made sure no one was alive by shooting them twice. There was no conscience in their eyes. There was no pity. At some point, I asked myself if they were humans, because I knew every human being ...
